Maltitol syrup is a liquid bulk sweetener containing maltitol together with sorbitol and longer hydrogenated saccharides. It is used as a bulk sweetener and humectant in sugar-free confectionery and baked goods.

A mixture consisting of mainly maltitol with sorbitol and hydrogenated oligo- and polysaccharides.
